Accounting Lead (Life Insurance)

• Perform monthly closing and ensure that all reconciliation processes are comply with accounting standard both Thai local standard and new international standard which are IFRS4, IFRS17 and TFRS17
• Review and analyze all insurance transactions for life insurance unit
• Ensure that financial statement and management report are prepared and submitted within timeline
• Review end to end process of all accounting transactions are accurate and have no significant long outstanding
• Coordinate with Actuarial Team and Reporting Team to provide reasons, result and performance of outstanding balance 
• Take the lead on core company projects related to new accounting GAAP and initiating process improvements
• Manage and motivate 5 team members to work efficiently and effectively 
  
  

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy
• 7-10 years in accounting field including closing account in life insurance industry
• Must have strong knowledge in IFRS17, TFRS17 and IFRS4 (Insurance Contract)
• Highly committed and motivation as well as work well under pressure
• Business level in English both written and spoken
  

**Important Note: Need to work on some weekend during IFRS17 Implementation period
