Job Duties

• Support the growth of our client's ESG business in the region and be responsible for the co-creation, sale, and delivery of ESG solutions.
• Collaborate across our client's internal stakeholders in order to complete relevant projects.
• Set the eminence agenda with input from the Climate and Sustainability (C&S) program leadership team and drive that eminence agenda forward.
• Collaborate with the client's public relations & marketing team on promotion of ESG initiatives.
• Work with the firm's leadership and provide training on C&S capacity.
• Develop the firm's go-to-market strategies, including pitching enablement, methodology, quality & risk management, and delivery.
• Market research and assess strengths as well as weaknesses of market participants with an ability to provide strategic insights.
• Supporting the firm's clientele business from concept to commercialisation.
• Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior for the firm's client experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environment, Science, Engineering or related studies.
• Over 8-10 years of experience in ESG or Climate & Sustainability from consulting firms and financial services institutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proven experience in Financial Service Institutions and working on regional scale projects for SEA.
• Deep understanding of key ESG metrics and how to develop programs to achieve them.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
