Collection Strategy (Finance Services)

Client Information:

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company in Thailand. Currently, they are looking for Manager - Collection Strategy to work with collection agency as the following details.


Job Description:

• Develop and implement collection strategies for enhancing collection performance and cost optimization across digital and traditional collection channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations of collection agents, including tasks like loan restructuring, litigation, and NPL sales.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance from various channels, utilizing a data-driven approach to diagnose issues and propose targeted solutions.
• Forecast and manage collection expenses to align with budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in collection or consulting roles
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation
• Effective decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
