  • Support franchisees in implementing effective people plans and bench planning to optimize staffing levels across restaurant and higher organizational levels.
  • Monitor people excellence scorecards with franchisees, analyze results, and recommend necessary actions.
  • Develop and improve systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting people data.
  • Ensure that HR standards align with brand standards at restaurant locations.
  • Collaborate with franchises to conduct partner audits.
  • Propose, review, and update HR standards, ensuring clear communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize restaurant training resources and processes in the field.
  • Promote brand culture and employee value proposition at restaurant levels.
  • Design and implement cultural initiatives in collaboration with franchise partners.
  • Work with internal HR teams and franchisees to develop and implement employee value proposition strategies.
  • Uphold brand integrity by educating franchisees on brand policies and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum 3-6 years of HRBP/ HR experience required.
  • Experience in conducting participative training and delivering presentations.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and through others to achieve objectives.
