About the Client

International Health & Fitness Centre with multiple locations in Bangkok and upcountry

Location

Pathumwan, Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management, advise and implement key HR objectives and priorities for the client's fitness centres in Thailand
• Advise on all HR programs, best employment regulations and practices
• Assist in Human Resources policy development and developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflows
• Advises staff and personal trainers about the organisations values and behavioural expectations
• Supervise and deliver the services of workplace compliance as well as employee learning & development.
• Support and manage talent acquisition plan.
• Prepare compensation & benefits review effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related studies
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills within professional capacity
• Previous background in Health, Wellness & Fitness or Retail is highly preferred
