Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree advantageous.
  • Progressive sales management experience in skincare or beauty, exceeding targets.
  • Proven in leading teams, coaching, and fostering results-driven culture.
  • Deep understanding of skincare or beauty trends as well as consumer preferences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proficient in analyzing data, building relationships, adaptable to industry changes.
  • Solid background in developing and executing strategies aligned with broader goals.
