- Monitor sales data to adjust strategies, exhibiting expertise in skincare products for client solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing for aligned sales plans during marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Drive negotiations for favorable terms, while forecasting sales accurately and gathering feedback for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree advantageous.
- Progressive sales management experience in skincare or beauty, exceeding targets.
- Proven in leading teams, coaching, and fostering results-driven culture.
- Deep understanding of skincare or beauty trends as well as consumer preferences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Thai.
- Proficient in analyzing data, building relationships, adaptable to industry changes.
- Solid background in developing and executing strategies aligned with broader goals.
