Key responsibilities:
- Include guiding and mentoring the marketing team to accomplish campaign and sales targets.
- Oversee all e-commerce operations and digital marketing strategies.
- Set and oversee marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track analytics, sales funnels, and campaign KPIs; offer insights and action plans.
- Manage promotional calendars and platform campaigns (such as Flash Sales and Live sessions).
- Collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders, and creative teams to produce focused, high-converting campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to change strategy and remain competitive.
- Foster innovation in online interaction, content forms, and performance marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or similar discipline.
- A minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop).
- Passion or experience in the beauty, fashion, or personal care industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads) and analytics tools (Meta Insights).
- Data-driven attitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Open-minded, responsible, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning and development.
