Key responsibilities:

  • Include guiding and mentoring the marketing team to accomplish campaign and sales targets.
  • Oversee all e-commerce operations and digital marketing strategies.
  • Set and oversee marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track analytics, sales funnels, and campaign KPIs; offer insights and action plans.
  • Manage promotional calendars and platform campaigns (such as Flash Sales and Live sessions).
  • Collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders, and creative teams to produce focused, high-converting campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to change strategy and remain competitive.
  • Foster innovation in online interaction, content forms, and performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or similar discipline.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop).
  • Passion or experience in the beauty, fashion, or personal care industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads) and analytics tools (Meta Insights).
  • Data-driven attitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Open-minded, responsible, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning and development.
