Senior Marketing Manager to lead a digital team, onboard clients, and oversee their marketing campaigns. A digital expert across strategy, media, content, and creative, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Provide strategic advice, collaborate with various teams, and be the go-to person for digital marketing expertise, driving campaign success and business growth. Problem-solving and initiative are key.
Responsibilities:
- Increase account acceptance of various Marketing Solutions and Insights Services.
- Strengthen partnerships with digital partners (Google, Facebook, Line), platforms (Lazada and Shopee), and brand partners.
- Provide expert recommendations for optimal use of digital marketing services.
- Create an annual digital marketing solution roadmap
- Analyze campaign performance for long-term results
- Ensure brand KPIs are met
- Collaborate with management on new marketing initiatives
- Advocate for internal adoption of our proprietary ad-tech tool.
- Overseeing business development and sales to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing. Previous expertise managing e-commerce Performance Marketing strategies and clients is a significant benefit.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and makes data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, relationship, communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Developed brand e-commerce strategy and translated it into annual and monthly activation plans.
- Developed digital campaign plans for brand and acquisition objectives.
- Analyzed data and suggested performance improvements.
- Worked with CRM systems.
