  • Assist in implementing performance appraisals and support managers in performance reviews.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct exit interviews.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer payroll, manage benefits programs, and prepare compensation reports.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs, organize programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare HR reports.

Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and assist with internal audits.

Organizational Development

  • Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Office Administration

  • Oversee office operations, maintenance, and supply management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources (HR), Political Science, Public Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in various HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, organization development, performance management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Be able to work 5 days at the office, Pathumwan, Bangkok, Thailand
