• Supervise sales personnel to attain the company's sales objectives to their fullest extent.
• Oversee and synchronize the efforts of sales administration staff to align with objectives.
• Formulate sales strategies and assess marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management with 3-5 years of experience in team management.
• Strong experience in managing hospital channel with solid background in dealing with KOLs.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
