Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a VIP Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our VIP clientele visiting Macau. Your duties will include accompanying customers during their stay, dining with them, arranging sightseeing tours, and ensuring a seamless experience from their arrival to departure, including airport pickups.

Responsibilities:

- Accompany VIP guests throughout their visit, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

- Arrange and participate in meals with VIP guests.

- Coordinate and organize sightseeing tours and other leisure activities as per guests' preferences.

- Provide personalized assistance and ensure all guest requests are promptly addressed.

- Facilitate airport transfers and transportation logistics.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential.

- Age under 40 years preferred.

- Willing and able to relocate to Macau.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
