Responsibilities:

  • Manage the center's daily operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students.
  • Lead, support, and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and high-standard environment within the center.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the centers success.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective changes.
  • Prioritize student satisfaction and ensure exceptional learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate.
  • Proven experience in achieving targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Friendly, approachable, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
