Responsibilities:
- Manage the center's daily operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students.
- Lead, support, and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and high-standard environment within the center.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the centers success.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective changes.
- Prioritize student satisfaction and ensure exceptional learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate.
- Proven experience in achieving targets and delivering measurable results.
- Friendly, approachable, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in English is required.
