Qualifications

  • A Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Expertise in HR strategy development, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software.
  • Deep understanding of Labor laws, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to change.
