• Develop and implement a new HR operational system for the organization and employees.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
• Manage all aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD).
• Establish organizational standards and strategic planning.
• Formulate operational strategies for overall business efficiency.
• Oversee employee welfare, staff-related matters, and service initiatives for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• A Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Expertise in HR strategy development, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software.
• Deep understanding of Labor laws, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
