- Develop and implement a new HR operational system for the organization and employees.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
- Manage all aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD).
- Establish organizational standards and strategic planning.
- Formulate operational strategies for overall business efficiency.
- Oversee employee welfare, staff-related matters, and service initiatives for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- A Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Expertise in HR strategy development, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software.
- Deep understanding of Labor laws, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to change.
- Proficient in English.
