Responsibilities:

  • Maximize every sales opportunity and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform daily CRM tasks, including collecting prospective client details, recruiting new customers, and retaining existing ones.
  • Adhere to company policies by following all sales and operational processes and requirements.
  • Conduct daily stock checks and prepare sales reports.
  • Oversee the teams daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and manage after-sales services.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and support the Boutique Manager in assigning tasks.
  • Lead and manage the team to maintain service standards and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve goals and enhance their skills.
  • Foster teamwork by respecting, supporting, and collaborating effectively with all members.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks to manage the teams workload efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains optimal conditions, including cleanliness, safety, and security.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude, creativity, and effectiveness.
  • High integrity with strong ethics and values.
