About the job Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Maximize every sales opportunity and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform daily CRM tasks, including collecting prospective client details, recruiting new customers, and retaining existing ones.
- Adhere to company policies by following all sales and operational processes and requirements.
- Conduct daily stock checks and prepare sales reports.
- Oversee the teams daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and manage after-sales services.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and support the Boutique Manager in assigning tasks.
- Lead and manage the team to maintain service standards and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve goals and enhance their skills.
- Foster teamwork by respecting, supporting, and collaborating effectively with all members.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to manage the teams workload efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
- Ensure the boutique maintains optimal conditions, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude, creativity, and effectiveness.
- High integrity with strong ethics and values.
- A collaborative team player with a can-do mindset.
