  • Monitor and enhance HR processes to adapt to organizational changes and relevant laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, particularly in organization development and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws, labor relations, and other relevant regulations related to HR management including taxes and social security.
  • A fast learner, adaptable to diverse and constantly changing environments.
  • Detail-oriented in job performance.
  • Proficient in various basic computer programs, especially Excel.
  • Excellent in English.
