- Design and strategize Human Resources (HR) across various aspects to align with company direction and needs, such as organizational structure and compensation.
- Develop and oversee HR processes to meet company requirements, including recruitment, employee relations, organization development and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and enhance HR processes to adapt to organizational changes and relevant laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, particularly in organization development and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Labor laws, labor relations, and other relevant regulations related to HR management including taxes and social security.
- A fast learner, adaptable to diverse and constantly changing environments.
- Detail-oriented in job performance.
- Proficient in various basic computer programs, especially Excel.
- Excellent in English.
