Human Resources Officer **Fluent in English**

• Comprehend business objectives and collaborate with assigned countries on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and research for HR efficiency and productivity enhancement.
• Lead HR partners in designing and implementing quality systems for employee management, recruitment, performance, and engagement.
• Coordinate across functions for HR practice implementation.
• Manage periodic Human Capital projects.
• Other tasks as assigned in HR field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Social Science, Psychology or a related field.
• 0-5 years in HR, recruitment, Organization Development or employee engagement experience is a plus, Fresh grads are welcome.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication.
• Self-motivated, strong leader with high responsibility.
