Job Expert Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Manager to join our client's team at an FMCG company. 

As the ESG Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices align with industry standards and best practices.

This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives in alignment with industry standards and best practices

- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices into business operations and decision-making processes

- Monitor and report on the company's ESG performance, including key metrics and targets

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to ESG and ensure compliance

- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and community organizations, to communicate the company's ESG efforts and gather feedback

- Lead ESG training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of sustainability and responsibility

- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to enhance the company's ESG efforts

- Prepare and present ESG reports to senior management and board of directors to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, preferably in the FMCG industry

- Strong understanding of ESG principles, standards, and reporting frameworks

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Experience in conducting ESG assessments and audits

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

- Proven track record of driving ESG initiatives and achieving measurable results

- Proficient in MS Office and ESG reporting software

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
