Position Summary:
The General Manager - Electric Vehicle will oversee the overall after-sales operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role encompasses three core areas: training, central parts department management, and central service department oversight. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of setting up and implementing department functions, even in the absence of a subordinate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development and Implementation:
- Design and conduct technical and non-technical training programs for staff and service personnel.
- Assess training needs and develop training materials to enhance employee skillsets.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
- Central Parts Department Management:
- Oversee inventory management, including warehousing and parts procurement.
- Establish efficient processes for inventory control and parts distribution to ensure timely availability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Central Service Department Oversight:
- Manage the repair processes, warranty claims, and customer complaint resolution.
- Ensure compliance with service quality standards and industry regulations.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Department Setup and Implementation:
- Act as a pilot team leader to establish and implement new departmental functions.
- Create workflows and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales operations.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on departmental performance and areas for improvement.
