  • Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and operating plans that align with board-approved objectives and market opportunities.
  • Oversee daily operations, establishing and maintaining effective standard operating procedures, financial controls, and performance metrics to achieve budgeted targets and sustainable growth.
  • Manage the P&L, drive balance-sheet growth, optimize cost-to-income ratio, and ensure targeted return on equity through strategic product mix and resource allocation.
  • Lead business development by cultivating relationships with clients, financial institutions, government agencies, and channel partners to secure new revenue streams and strategic collaborations.
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks, including KYC/AML programs, credit decisioning, operational risk assessments, and regulatory compliance processes.
