Responsibilities:

  • Analyze category landscape, customer needs, and channel trends to design tailored strategies by customer class, driving consumer penetration and supporting Category Leadership Management and Customer Strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing activation plans across all channels in alignment with brand and portfolio strategies, with operational support from the Marketing Executive.
  • Ensure activation plans are implemented effectively, with appropriate measurement tools to assess their impact on NSV, ROI, and cash flow, including pre- and post-evaluation of key activities to achieve objectives and build mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Design and implement promotion strategies and trade promotion plans that align with customer strategies to meet business targets.
  • Evaluate and review trade promotional activities, providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance for customers.
  • Drive category growth by leveraging market intelligence and merchandising principles, initiating key in-store and out-of-store activities to boost consumer demand and achieve objectives.
  • Co-lead and execute the Perfect Store Agenda in the Thailand market, ensuring high standards of implementation in collaboration with the perfect store manager and sales team to increase in-store sales, brand visibility, and ROI efficiency.
  • Foster effective collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve shared goals and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product development, pricing, distribution, merchandising, and promotions, to provide insights and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Participate in the S&OP+ Process (DMR) to align demand and supply readiness, ensuring smooth trade activation execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales
  • Experience in the pet food or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong skills in office software applications
