Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the overall HR & GA functions in Thailand.
  • Perform recruitment processes including interviews, pre-boarding and on-boarding.
  • Support compensation & benefits and handle hiring package of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and prepare employee lay-offs and resignations in accordance to Thai labour laws.
  • Develop and implement organisational culture to employees.
  • HR Administration including database, employee expenses, employee attendance, leave, foreign employee documents, benefits claims, health insurance and general administration.
  • Ad hoc tasks as appointed by supervisor.
  • Reporting to HR Director.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting or related studies.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, especially in HRM, C&B and Thai labour law.
  • Thai speaker and knowledge of Thai employment regulations.
  • Excellent English language skills (TOEIC 750, IELTS 6.0)
  • Strong communication skills and people personality.
  • Must be able to multi-task and able to be flexible on job scope evolution.
  • Candidate is required to work 100% on-site, no WFH.
