Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for overall HR Functions, Recruitment, Training, HRD, Compensation &Benefit and other related fields including General

Affairs

2.Deal with employee requests regarding Human Resources issues. rules and regulations.

3.Management of overall Recruitment (Interview, On- boarding, Orientation,

Probation, Evaluation and Monitoring process.

4.Managing and Preparing Appraisal System & Performance Management (Target setting,Evaluation,Promotion, Bonus, Annual Salary Increment)

Payroll (SAP HCM) and Training Management.

5.Maintain good communication and positive relationship with employee to promote employeesatisfaction

6.Support top management to prepare report when necessary.

Qualifications:

1.Have experience to manage company size 300 people at least.

2.Being able to speak Japanes is more advantage JLPT N2-N1.

3.Female in age 40-45 years old.

4.Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences,Public Administration or related

5.At least 15 years experiences in Human Resource for overall functions from JapaneseCompany.

6.At least 10 years experiences as Management level.

7.Strong leadership, strategic thinking and proactive.

8.Good command in English

9.Computer literacy with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP System.
