Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the BD team to assist new merchants in integrating our products, particularly focusing on IT-related aspects and onboarding processes.

• Work closely with the development team and partners to provide training, technicalsupport, and assist in designing solutions utilizing Ksher's APIs.

• Conduct quality assurance to ensure that our APIs meet the requirements and standards of our partners.

• Efficiently manage and resolve partner inquiries and issues.

• Enhance documentation in alignment with industry best practices and insights gained from practical experience.

• Maintain a knowledge base to aid others in managing and navigating API-related support.

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to prevent potential problems.
• Monitor API endpoints to uphold their reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in software development or a technical background is essential.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical advice and guidance.
• Experience in payment gateway, banking, e-wallet, fintech, or related industries is
• advantageous.
• Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and cryptography is a plus.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with international teams.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
