CFO / Northern Thailand

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Leverage existing relationships with banks to secure favorable terms and conditions for financial products and services.
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with financial institutions to support the companys financial needs.
• Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and act as a key advisor to the executive team on financial matters.
• Participate in board meetings and provide insights into financial performance and strategic direction.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, tax, treasury, etc. and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role within the banking or leasing industry.
• CPA license holder.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive management and board members.
