About the job HR - Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage the entire process of compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys, job mapping, range analysis, and proposal building.
  • Oversee annual salary reviews and variable pay programs, ensuring program guidelines are implemented throughout the organization.
  • Serve as a consultant and liaison with internal client groups on compensation matters, providing strategic solutions and collaborating with HR and finance leaders.
  • Develop and document policy guidelines for compensation and benefits programs, obtaining approvals from leadership.
  • Monitor vendors and programs for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and service delivery improvements.
  • Provide expertise in policy interpretation and implementation, evaluate and enhance employee benefit programs, and ensure effective rollout of global compensation and benefits policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, supporting HR teams and launching effective programs.
  • Solid understanding of Compensation and Benefits functions in the high-tech industry, coupled with strong business acumen to meet business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and continuous learning.
  • Excellent influencing skills at all organizational levels, adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proven track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on critical initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in English.
