About the job AVP Human Resources

  • Control the whole recruitment process, including the screening, searching, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring of applicants. Also, handle hiring and headcount plans.
  • Facilitate HR-related events, activities, and programs both internally and externally.
  • Simplify probation evaluation and successful candidates' onboarding process while maintaining a record of it.
  • Assist the supervisor in evaluating and assessing employee engagement.
  • Construct and arrange for employee training sessions.
  • Coordinate employee training requirements with the team and corporate office.
  • Report on training outcomes and track and preserve staff training records.
  • Prepare payroll data and other additional documents for the company.
  • Data collection, monitoring, processing, and control pertaining to pay, incentives, commissions, payroll taxes, Social Security, provident fund, welfare, other benefits, and other tasks as assigned.
  • A point of contact and an authority on payroll-related issues
  • Accountable for welfare and benefits like social security, health care, etc.
