About the job Creative Event (TEV Staff)
Responsibilities:
- Operate in accordance with the marketing strategy and assigned sales promotion activities at service centers, emphasizing the development of Interactive Event Content to promote Top End Vehicles both offline and online.
- Contribute to the planning of sales promotions, advertising, public relations, and the overall marketing strategy of the company.
- Coordinate events alongside the Organizer team and manage Agency production, advertisements, and content.
- Gather, evaluate, and oversee the utilization of materials and equipment within the marketing department.
- Prepare promotional items to enhance branding and support both on-ground and online events for products.
- Oversee On-Ground and Online Events as per the companys plan from project initiation to completion.
- Monitor market trends and dynamics to refine marketing strategies for the company's offerings.
- Organize necessary documentation, including purchase orders, reimbursement claims, and records, while liaising with relevant departments.
- Review event outcomes, compile results, and report findings to the supervisor.
- Collaboration with Other Departments (Sales Department, After-Sales Service Department, Various Support Departments, Accounting Department, Customer Relations Department)
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, aged 25-32.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication Arts.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or related fields.
- Proficient in English (fair to good).
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in sales and adept at storytelling to craft branding strategies for In-bound and Out-bound Marketing.
- Familiar with the Luxury Brand sector and Luxury Market.
- Enthusiastic about Mass-Luxury vehicles and Automotive Design.
