Qualifications
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Must have English proficiency on spoken and written.
- Relevant experience in supporting a start-up organization.
- Preferred exposure in BPO or share service industryStrong leadership skills in leading a dynamic team.
- Ability to work in matrix reporting organization.
- Knowledgeable on HR trend and local regulations
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy to support the business growth.
- Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and mgmt. team on HR related scope.
- Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with local authorities on local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
