Qualifications

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Must have English proficiency on spoken and written.
• Relevant experience in supporting a start-up organization.
• Preferred exposure in BPO or share service industryStrong leadership skills in leading a dynamic team.
• Ability to work in matrix reporting organization.
• Knowledgeable on HR trend and local regulations

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy to support the business growth.
• Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and mgmt. team on HR related scope.
• Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local authorities on local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
