- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, GLP, etc.).
- Managing quality systems and processes (SOPs, audits, CAPAs).
- Supporting quality control activities and validation processes.
- Overseeing supplier and vendor management.
- Providing training on quality systems and regulations.
- Monitoring and reporting quality metrics.
- Assisting in regulatory inspections and responses.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA (Quality assurance), preferably in GMP-regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA regulations).
- Proficiency in quality management systems, including SOP development and CAPA management.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and resilience in managing challenges.
