About the job Assistant HROD Manager

  • Collaborate with assigned countries to align HR policies with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and research to enhance HR efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and coordinate with HR partners to develop and implement high-quality HR systems, including employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with various functional areas to implement HR practices.
  • Manage assigned Organization Development projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • A Minimum 3-6 years' experience in Organization Development, HRD or People & Culture Transformation.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills with knowledgeable in skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Quick learner with proficiency in organizational and talent management systems.
