Assistant HROD Manager
About the job Assistant HROD Manager
- Collaborate with assigned countries to align HR policies with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed analyses and research to enhance HR efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and coordinate with HR partners to develop and implement high-quality HR systems, including employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with various functional areas to implement HR practices.
- Manage assigned Organization Development projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Psychology, or related field.
- A Minimum 3-6 years' experience in Organization Development, HRD or People & Culture Transformation.
- Proficient in English.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills with knowledgeable in skills development and capacity-building strategies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Quick learner with proficiency in organizational and talent management systems.
