Accounting and Finance Director

Report to: Deputy of CFO

Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for planning and controlling all aspects of accounting and finance of the company

Job Description:

• Prepare annual budgets and monitor cashflow for all subsidiary companies
• Review and check accuracy of accounting, account closing, financial statement (including cash flow statements), and related documents for all companies in the group
• Perform consolidation, financial statement including cash flow financial reports to present to Deputy of CFO, management team, internal auditor, and external auditor
• Monitor financial status and liquidity of the company.
• Coordinate with both internal and external departments such as banks, auditors, The Revenue Department, Ministry of Commerce, etc.
• Accounting system: Oracle

Requirements:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelors degree or higher in finance or accounting
• 10-15 years in related field with at least 5 years in management level
• CPA license holder is advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, finance, and taxation
• Familiar with hospital accounting transaction would be an advantage
• Enthusiastic, team player and having good interpersonal skill
• Based in Bangkok and able to travel to other provinces occasionally (1 time/ quarter)**
