About the job Business Development (Smart Factory & CCTV Solutions)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to elucidate how products and services function for customers. (main clients are manufacturer in EEC)
Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure equipment aligns with system requirements.
Maintain communication with the sales team to comprehend consumer demands and provide sales support as needed.
Secure orders, ensure product standards, and oversee product delivery.
Foster customer rapport and acceptance.
Strategize product modifications to meet consumer demands.
Assist clients in resolving product usage issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or IT would be advantage
Background in sales engineering, technical sales, IT sales, with expertise in hardware/software and/or engineering-related technology.
Experience in contributing to system development projects, encompassing system design, understanding customer requirements, and proposing optimal solutions.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware systems.
Proficiency in imaging software and computer vision, backed by substantial experience.
Project Management experience.
Recommend new and improved products to customers, elucidating their cost-effectiveness
