Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven Beauty / Luxury brand marketing experience with successful campaigns.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and trends.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker adept at developing innovative strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in marketing analytics and digital tools.
- Be able to travel and work flexible hours.
