  • Maintain employee records.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports.

Training and Development:

  • Develop training programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions with department heads.

Health and Safety:

  • Implement health and safety policies.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide recommendations on organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Strong organizational skills.
