Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Source and screen candidates including conducting interviews and assisting in the selection process.
  • Coordinate offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and training.

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
  • Handle employee relations issues and assist with performance management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain HR databases and coordinate with departments.
  • Provide general HR support to employees and managers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Understand industry needs and assist with recruitment efforts at events.
  • Maintain a positive work environment aligned with the brand image.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • A Minimum 1-2 years HR experience, health & beauty industry is preferred.
  • Possess good HR fundamentals; Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee relations, Training & Development and Compensation & benefits.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • HR software & MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent organization & attention to detail.
  • Passion for Beauty and positive work environment contribution are a plus.
