  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and prioritize customer satisfaction solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in CRM experience in fast-paced marketing, beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and customer understanding skills, requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in English, Thai, and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Creative, proactive, problem-solving, and customer-service oriented.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments, self-motivated, and interested in beauty, fashion, retail, and e-commerce trends.
