- Utilize diverse consumer data to tailor CRM programs, aiming at enhancing loyalty and lifetime value.
- Establish and manage loyalty programs, including point systems and special offers.
- Develop customer segmentation models for targeted CRM messaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team on CRM initiatives for new products.
- Deploy CRM campaigns across offline and online channels for integrated communication.
- Manage databases for multi-channel communication strategies.
- Supervise CRM platforms to ensure seamless data handling.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement and test new CRM systems.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and prioritize customer satisfaction solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years in CRM experience in fast-paced marketing, beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and customer understanding skills, requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in English, Thai, and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Creative, proactive, problem-solving, and customer-service oriented.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, self-motivated, and interested in beauty, fashion, retail, and e-commerce trends.
