About the job Assistant Sales and Product Manager (IVD)
- Expand IVD business through sales and marketing activities, managing distribution partners.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing / business plans, including successful market launches of new products / technologies to work with business partners.
- Enhance the company's competitive landscape through industry monitoring and convention attendance.
- Provide specialized clinical support and conduct product demonstrations.
- Oversee training needs and coordinate customer evaluations / trials.
- Support budgeting and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate customer clinical evaluations / trials in collaboration with the global team and establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Execute projects to increase market share in the IVD market.
- Collaborate on maximizing PR / marketing exposure for successful sales achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in both sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or IVD industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills with proficiency in English.
- Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and business planning.
- Ability to provide clinical support and conduct product demonstrations.
- Experience in training program development and customer evaluation coordination.
- Proficiency in budgeting and sales forecasting with track record of executing projects to increase market share.
