  • Expand IVD business through sales and marketing activities, managing distribution partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing / business plans, including successful market launches of new products / technologies to work with business partners.
  • Enhance the company's competitive landscape through industry monitoring and convention attendance.
  • Provide specialized clinical support and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Oversee training needs and coordinate customer evaluations / trials.
  • Support budgeting and generate accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate customer clinical evaluations / trials in collaboration with the global team and establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Execute projects to increase market share in the IVD market.
  • Collaborate on maximizing PR / marketing exposure for successful sales achievements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in both sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or IVD industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills with proficiency in English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and business planning.
  • Ability to provide clinical support and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Experience in training program development and customer evaluation coordination.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and sales forecasting with track record of executing projects to increase market share.
