About the Role:

Lead the Sales & Marketing Division and drive growth within the Thai snack food market. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can translate vision into action, overseeing all sales and marketing operations to boost market share, elevate brand presence, and ensure seamless execution. You will be the key link between strategic planning and daily operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction & Execution: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on both long-term vision and day-to-day operational excellence. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and efficient operations.
  • Driving Sales & Marketing Performance: Oversee the execution of business plans, encompassing sales forecasting, market analysis, and impactful marketing campaigns. Empower the sales team to surpass targets through innovative approaches and strategic customer engagement. Direct marketing activities across various channels digital, PR, events, and traditional advertising ensuring brand alignment and targeted reach.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate a high-performing sales and marketing team through effective management, mentorship, and skills development. Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team capabilities and support individual career growth. Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Continuously analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities. Leverage these insights to inform strategic decisions, product innovation, and market expansion initiatives. Provide regular market analysis, sales performance updates, and marketing ROI reports to senior management.
  • Key Account Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Nurture and expand relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and strategic partners. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to advance business objectives.
  • Budgetary Oversight & Financial Performance: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation and alignment with objectives. Monitor expenditures, evaluate the ROI of sales and marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies for maximum financial impact. Provide regular financial updates and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales and/or marketing management, preferably within the snack food or FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of market research, consumer trends, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
