Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to build brand equity and achieve business objectives (sales, market share, and profit).
    • Create and execute SMART action plans to drive innovative business growth.
    • Oversee and manage the entire brand budget, including brand management, store operations, sales targets, and merchandising.
    • Monitor and analyze overall brand performance and activities across all channels (omni-channel).
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage and motivate teams in executing events, promotional activities, and product launches to maximize daily business goals.
    • Ensure profitability and budget achievement across all aspects of brand management.
    • Provide regular marketing reports and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned brand, liaising with the Regional Office, Brand Principal, and Key Accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience with marketing reporting, and competitive reporting.
