About the job Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to build brand equity and achieve business objectives (sales, market share, and profit).
- Create and execute SMART action plans to drive innovative business growth.
- Oversee and manage the entire brand budget, including brand management, store operations, sales targets, and merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze overall brand performance and activities across all channels (omni-channel).
- Operational Management:
- Manage and motivate teams in executing events, promotional activities, and product launches to maximize daily business goals.
- Ensure profitability and budget achievement across all aspects of brand management.
- Provide regular marketing reports and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned brand, liaising with the Regional Office, Brand Principal, and Key Accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with marketing reporting, and competitive reporting.
