Responsibilities

- Regularly assess marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software; refine strategies for better ROI.
- Collaborate with management to develop effective pricing strategies and promotional initiatives; design campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in health and beauty industries, with expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
