Position: Head of Brand

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand to join our team and lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company brand, including brand identity, messaging, and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy, in line with the company's vision and goals

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth

- Create and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy with product development, marketing, and sales efforts

- Oversee the development and execution of all brand campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, events, and partnerships

- Manage the brand's online presence, including social media channels and website, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice

- Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities for the brand

- Lead and mentor a team of brand professionals to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management as well as operation management, preferably in the consumer products.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
