Recruitment
- Manage a hiring process that is inclusive and client-focused for all candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates during the selection process and offer direction throughout the hiring process.
- Reinforce the rules for job posting timeframes to ensure fair opportunities for both internal and external candidates.
- Guarantee that candidates and applicants who won't advance are informed.
- Establish connections with hiring managers, HODs, and HR team members.
- Keep current with industry trends, market acumen, and recruiting techniques and tools to interest and compare in a driven market for talent.
- Conduct research and source candidates using advanced search techniques, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, events, and any other resources.
- Consistently source and interact with passive applicants.
- Guarantee that a broad slate of candidates is chosen and presented to hiring managers.
- Turn sourced prospects into a pipeline for the future.
- To find early-career professionals for available positions now and in the future, collaborate with the pay team on salary suggestions.
Administration
- Modify job advertisements, open, and close positions inside system by entering requests into the workflow to start the hiring approval process.
- Maintain the Open Position Report's accuracy by updating it.
- Update job descriptions as necessary, then monitor them on shared Drive.
- Verify that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Notify colleagues or senior management of any deviations.
- Compile reports as necessary.
Onboarding and People engagement
- All components of the recruit experience; orientation and experience projects and initiatives, should be managed, coordinated, and supported.
- From an employee experience standpoint, improve and standardize the recruit onboarding process at a regional/global level.
- Gathering and filing all paperwork associated with new hires; contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Ensuring they receive clear and simple information before and upon arrival.
- Handling daily operations associated with the onboarding of new hires and internal mobility with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Advising hiring managers on how to welcome their new hire and set them up for success.
- Taking ownership of all paperwork related to new hires.
