VP - Finance

Client Information:
Our client is a listed company in energy business where keep growing in Thailand for more than 20 years. They are looking for VP-Finance who has good command in English to be responsible for the following details.


**Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling feasibility for investment projects
2. Funding and dealing with financial institutes
3. Managing project's cashflow

Job Description:

• Analyze possibility of investment to select suitable investment projects for the company
• Establishing financial policies and plans, as well as projects capital to maintain financial flexibility and cost.
• Controlling cash inflows and outflows in accordance with approved budgets and processes.
• Plan and control cash flow budgets in advance on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to align with the company's strategy.
• Source and manage all types of credit facilities, both short-term and long-term to meet the company's business operations.
• Manage all types of credit facilities received from financial institutions to meet the company's needs
• Coordinate with financial institutions to obtain funding for the company
  

Requirements:

• Thai speaker
• Bachelors degree or higher in finance, financial banking or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a VP-Finance in listed company
• Must have experience in feasibility study and funding in construction, energy, or real estate business
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills
