Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to the firm and its clients, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
