HR Manager *Based in Rayong*

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Oversee performance appraisals and employee development.
• Identify and implement training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in HR tools and software.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Rayong.
