Accounting & Finance Manager / Sriracha

• Oversee preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards in financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
• Develop and manage cost accounting systems to capture product costs.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, providing insights and recommendations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain internal controls.
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes, implementing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience in manufacturing which including at least 3 years in managerial level
• CPD license holder
• Proven experience in closing financial statements and managing cost accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
