Legal Manager

We're seeking a legal professional with expertise in retail leasing!

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage our operating systems to ensure they support company objectives and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Offer legal guidance, consulting services, and support to business units. (Focuses on tenant and leasing matters)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or hold a Thai Barrister-at-Law license.
• 3-5 years of experience drafting and reviewing legal documents or contracts.
• Strong ability to analyze and revise contract drafts (both Thai and English).
• Prior experience in the retail and tenant leasing industry is a plus.
