Responsibilities

  • Creation of the Channel approaches to pack, price & promotion which deliver the revenue plans set by the RGM pack strategy. Including pack differentiation by channel. Come up with Price & Promotion guideline
  • Lead new initiative on pack within channel, when applicable
  • Lead new initiative on any price approach, when applicable
  • Lead new guideline/ principle, when applicable
  • Helping set ABP channel objectives to deliver our Commercial targets.
  • Responsible for developing the detailed channel price increase execution plan and value creation story when applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the agreed channel promotional plan framework based on pack strategy guidelines.
  • Responsible for feeding insight for pack opportunities from a Supply Chain & Production perspective into Coca Cola brands team, trade marketing TNT.
  • Being the key contact to connect with CCTL on RGM initiative in order to get the alignment.
  • Being responsible for raising Revenue management knowledge and approaches across the key account sales teams.
  • Being able to deliver and gather the insightful details from cross functions and interpret to ease understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in relevant field
  • Experience in FMCG organizations
  • Have a data analytical skills / insight / trade marketing / customer marketing and commercial finance
  • Be able to manage high-level of stakeholders
  • Good communication in English skills
  • Good influencer
