Duties and Responsibilities:

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance service effectiveness.
  4. Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends related to Customer Experience and apply them to the organization.
  5. Reporting: Prepare reports and summarize customer experience performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Age and Gender: 30-35 years old, male or female
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Experience.
  4. Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  5. Language: Proficiency in English.
  6. Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM and Customer Journey Mapping.
