Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize customer journeys to align with customer needs and expectations.
- Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback data and propose improvement measures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance service effectiveness.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends related to Customer Experience and apply them to the organization.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and summarize customer experience performance.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Sales
- After-sales Service
- Marketing
- Various support departments
Qualifications:
- Age and Gender: 30-35 years old, male or female
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM and Customer Journey Mapping.
