Cleaner (North of Germany- islands)

Introduction & details about the job:

We collaborate with a prestigious company whose main business is to provide cleaning services for holiday homes and holiday apartments in the northern part of Germany, on the North Sea islands (Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Norderney, Borkum) and the coast (Schillig and Bensersiel). In addition to apartments, the company also services many other facilities, such as swimming pools, schools, stations and ports, clinics, SPA centers, hotels, etc.

Hard-working, enthusiastic, and adventurous cleaners with some experience in the sector. Couples or friends are responsible, proactive, friendly, and open.

Your responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare rooms.
• Cleaning of common areas
• Cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms
• Emptying bins or removing waste
• Cleaning of floors, furniture, and glass
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, among others
• Replenishment of materials, such as toilet paper or napkins

What do we offer?

• Cleaner job opportunities in the North of Germany in one of the most tourist islands, with great conditions
• German labor contract for 6 months - 12 months, after 12 months permanent offer
• Minimum 135 hours per month guaranteed. Usually, 6 to 8 hours a day/ 6 days a week or 10- 11 hours some days in high season - not every day. From 8 am to 6 pm.
• Direct Medical insurance automatically via contract
• Pay 13,50 Euro/hour GROSS (14 after 12 months working). Monthly payments.
• Sunday and bank holidays paid +50% (tax-free)
• 30 days paid holidays after 6 months working
• Housing provided by the company: 250 per person per month- all bills inc.  2 people rooms in 2- or 3-room houses, meaning you share it either with 4 or 6 people in total. Couples or friends are the best.
• Distance to work placement: Normally 5-10 minutes by bike. Using a bike is necessary. The company provides bikes and smartphones

Minimum requirements:

• English b1 level is mandatory
• EU Passport is mandatory
